This project undertaken with Shooshanian Engineering involved the renovation of this six story 142-room dormitory serving Harvard Law School. 

The scope of this project consisted of the replacement of all two-pipe fan coil units in the facility with energy efficiency units served by a four-pipe system. A new fresh air system was also introduced to the project. It involved the careful insertion of the new systems recreating new chases for the mechanical system.

All design was completed so that the major renovations could take place during the summer break period.
