This project included in-depth solar and energy computer analyses, demolition of 7,800 sq. ft. of building and re-landscaping the site. Bay State Design, Inc. working in conjunction with New England Design Associates developed the design for the 15,000 s.f. two story main office with an attached branch bank. The facility also had been given the accommodations of a full basement.

Because this facility is adjacent to a residential neighborhood, Bay State Design designed the facility with materials familiar to the residential areas and with a sense of architectural style that complements the existing character of the community.

The building provides the Credit Union with a first level devoted to public banking functions with employee areas and meeting rooms on the basement level. The second floor is reserved for future office expansion.
