This existing Perkin Elmers building was purchased to fulfill the master planning goals of SVG's Wilton operation that is 10 miles east on Route 7. This facility will be the major receiving point for product. Various sub assemblies will be built at the Ridgefield facility then shipped to the Wilton location for final assembly of Micrascan tools used in the computer industry. Bay State Design, Inc. worked closely with each of the twelve department heads in developing detailed equipment layouts and the overall operational flow for the facility.
