Kevin J. Cunningham
President, Maxton Technology

Since founding Maxton in 1997, Kevin Cunningham has successfully built a company with revenue growth of over 400% in the last three years. Mr. Cunningham has successfully identified, acquired and integrated four complimentary companies into Maxton. Prior to Maxton, Mr. Cunningham was a Regional Sales Director for General Dynamics Wireless Division where he cultivated and managed large programs. Prior to General Dynamics, Mr. Cunningham co-founded Cellular Specialties, Inc., a provider of products and services for in-building wireless networks worldwide. Mr. Cunningham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Maine.

Gordon Govalet, PE
President, Bay State Design, Inc.

Mr. Govalet is responsible for management and day to day operations of Bay State Design, Inc., the Architect/Engineering arm of Maxton Technology. Prior to joining Maxton, Mr. Govalet was a Project Manager with Lucent Technologies for the AT&T / Cingular UMTS and network integration projects. Mr. Govalet's wireless experience includes program and engineering management positions at North Star Communications Group and Flour Corp. In addition to wireless networks, his telecommunications experience includes fiber optic networks, landline and public safety facility projects. Mr. Govalet’s experience also includes Structural Division Manager for Stone and Webster Engineering's Chicago office and Structural Engineer on utility power plant projects for Bechtel Power.

Mr. Govalet holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Brian P. O'Donell, AIA, LEED AP
Vice President, Architectural Department

As the senior architect and vice president of the architectural group for Bay State Design, Inc., Mr. O'Donnell is responsible for providing clients with planning, programming, designs and construction administration for projects from conception thru occupancy.

For more than 30 years, Mr. O'Donnell has designed commercial and industrial projects as small as $300,000 to as large as $30,000,000. He specializes in financial projects and missions critical facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O'Donnell was a Vice President in charge of the architectural division at the Maguire Group.

Mr. O'Donnell received his B.A. from Colgate University and his Masters in Architecture at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. He was a combat tested officer in the U.S Marine Corps.
