BSD was contracted by Bell Atlantic Mobile to provide As-Needed A/E services in the Northeast Region.

Since that time Bell Atlantic / NYNEX Mobile merged with GTE Corporation, changed their name and became Verizon Wireless.

BSD is responsible for A/E Condition Surveys and the preparation of Zoning Drawings and Construction Drawings for various cell sites in the Northeast Region.

We have been designing raw land sites utilizing a prefabricated equipment shelter and also indoor equipment sites either using the same shelter on a rooftop or constructing a new equipment room in an existing building.

The firm has also been preparing photo simulations and 3-D drawings depicting proposed additions / modifications to existing towers for submission to Zoning / Planning and Community Boards.
